1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TX Dynamics.
2. Services Provided
TX Dynamics provides software development, AI integration, cloud transformation, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the software and deliverables created by TX Dynamics shall remain the property of TX Dynamics until full payment is received, at which point ownership will transfer to the client.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or in connection with your project.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TX Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
